What counts as a label
- Every page in the response is one label, including
^PQcopies. - A PNG response is one label.
- Failed requests are free.
- Test keys are always free.
- Retries with the same
Idempotency-Key, labels and settings are billed once.We check the contents, not just the key. A request only counts as a retry when the labels, format, page and resolution match the original. Reuse a key for different labels and it is billed as a new request.
FAQ
Is VAT included?
No. Prices exclude VAT. EU VAT is handled by Stripe.
How do I see my usage?
In the Console dashboard, as a CSV export, or through the usage API.
What happens if a payment fails?
Live keys pause until the payment goes through. Test keys keep working.
Do you store my labels?
No. Labels are rendered and not stored. We keep only usage metadata, such as label counts.
Where is it hosted?
In the EU.
Can I get an invoice for my company?
Yes. Invoices come through Stripe and include your VAT ID.
